Luckily I got the fholgers FSR mod to work somewhat well, I was able to use MSAA again which fixed it for a few weeks. When I had to turn off MSAA it became almost unbearable to play with all the jaggies. First went the textures, then radius, then MSAA. Every update I've had to turn something down. I noticed that around November-December, after a few updates, that the performance started getting worse. Could get steady stutterless 45fps in a campaign no problem.
